The American Austrian Foundation, Inc.

The American Austrian Foundation seeks to enhance the relationship between the United States and Austria through exchanges in medicine, sciences, communications, and the arts. The programs bring together Americans, Austrians, Central and Eastern Europeans, Central Asians, and individuals from the former Soviet Republics.The fellowship programs of the American Austrian Foundation include the Max Kade Fellowships for Fourth-Year Medical Students, the Daisy Soros Prize for Fine Arts, and the Milton Wolf Ph.D. Fellowships for Young Journalists, among others.
